such, it is not secret information as defined by federal law,
but is subject to non-disclosure under the Freedom of Information
Act. These documents contain information under the control
of other agencies of the US Military, Federal Law Enforcement,
or Federal Administration communities and disclosure usually
requires consent from the generating agency. These documents,
while not protected with the level of security reserved for highly
sensitive materials, have been protected from unintentional and
unauthorized distribution. Use of a username and password
is required to gain access to these areas.
