Where:  Santa Fe National Guard Onate Complex – NG Facility, Santa Fe, NM
When:  June 7-14, 2013
Cost:  $125.00 per person; make check payable to “NM Wing Encampment”
Who:  Application Information:   Basic Cadets may apply to meet 30 April deadline but no later than 24 May deadline.  By the start of the 2013 Summer Encampment they MUST have their Curry Achievement logged into e-services to be eligible to attend.  Anyone not eligible will be refunded their money and notified prior to start of the Encampment to comply with Civil Air Patrol Regulations:
 
CAPR 52-16 EFFECTIVE 1 FEBRUARY 2011:
“9-3. Personnel Policies.
·       Eligibility for Encampment.
o   Senior Members who are current members of CAP and have completed Level I of the Senior Member Professional Development Program, including the Cadet Protection Program Training (CPPT), are eligible to attend encampments.
o   Cadets who have completed Achievement 1, and are current members of CAP are eligible to attend encampments.
·       Selection Priorities. When the available encampment facilities are not adequate to allow all eligible applicants to attend, the encampment commander will select participants using the following criteria:
o   Cadets:
1.      First Priority: Any Phase I or Phase II cadet who has not previously attended an encampment.
2.      Second Priority: Cadets who have attended only one encampment.
3.      Third Priority: Any other cadet
 
How to Apply:  CAP Form 31 w/picture, T-Shirt Size, $125.00 payment. AF Form 1055, 19950701 (EF-V3), Permission to Administer Form, Hold Harmless agreement, Photo Permission, and CAPF 60
