Senior Member Program Welcome!
Welcome to the New Mexico Wing Professional Development site. We are focused on helping you to grow, “professionally” of course! We want to help you accomplish those events necessary for you to advance in rank. Even more importantly, we want to help you grow in a manner that helps you in all aspects of life – CAP, work, home and other endeavors.
This website is designed to be a “virtual professional development library”. It is not intended to replace the “real” library at Wing Headquarters or squadron. But, given the highly dispersed nature of our Wing and Senior Members, resources organized and available through this site should be helpful for both Squadron-level Professional Development Officers and our Senior Members in general.
